British Ecological Society Annual Symposium
7 - 9 September 1998
University of York, UK
A meeting organised by M. C. Press, A. H. Fitter, J. Grace, J. A.
Lee, S. P. Long, J. D. Scholes and F. I. Woodward.
This symposium aims to bring together experts in the field of
terrestrial physiological plant ecology to address current advances
in the discipline. The meeting will be held over three days at the
University of York, UK.
The full programme with abstracts will be available on the BES web site by
April 1998 (www.demon.co.uk/bes). The proceedings will be published as part
of the BES Symposium Series. A booking form for registration and
accommodation is available from the BES Office, 26 Blades Court, Deodar
Road, London, SW15 2NU, UK, e: general at ecology.demon.co.uk and must be
returned by 24 July 1998. Delegates may submit poster abstracts. Sessions
