Dear all,
we are growing Arabidopsis in a gastight closed Phytotron (Biobox). We can
let them grow under several conditions and vary light, temperatures, air
humidity, co2 and o2 concentrations.
In cooperation with the manufacturer of the Biobox (GMS, Germany), we want
to add a device which allows the adjustment of water potential.
My questions are:
at what water potential does water stress for Arabidopsis begin?
what could be a marker for water stress?
