Ftp problems continue

Garry and others,

The data mirror at ftp://bio-mirror.net/biomirror/ now has current
NCBI data, and is back to daily updates.  
I've gotten thru using passive-ftp to ftp1.ncbi.nih.gov. 
There do continue to be problems with ftp connections between 
Indiana U. and NCBi, we think due to a system in the route between us.
