Close-Of-Data for GenBank Release 134.0 occurred shortly
after midnight on Monday, February 10, 2003.
The subsequently generated non-cumulative GenBank Update files
nc0211.aso and nc0211.flat contain data through the close
date.
Our apologies for not announcing the close-date in advance.
We are expediting many tasks in order to get back on schedule,
after the delays experienced in October and December.
