Dear fellow researchers,
The glycoprotein I'm studiyng presents in vivo a carbohydrate epitope
composed of sulfated glucuronic acid, which make it detectable by
circulating IgM in some patients with neurophaty. The hypotesis is that
sulfatation is critical for antibody recognition
I transfected a cell line with the cDNA and verified that the
recombinant protein is recognized by the antibodies. Now I would like to
see if the recombinant protein contains S04.
I would be very grateful if someone could suggest a method and/or a
reference to do it.
Thanks in advance
