We are looking for information about what causes Vitamin C to
change the blue color of iodine to clear, etc.
My brother is in the 9th grade and working on his science fair
project. He is titrating a solution of cornstarch and iodine to
determine the mgs/ml of Vita C in various fruit juices.
We would appreciate any assistance in finding a source to
download information concerning this experiment. Our local
library only contained material that is indirectly related to
the experiment such as information about Vitamin C.
