Eprints <http://www.eprints.org> will soon be launching a detailed
survey of self-archivers and non-archivers. The four draft
questionnaires (for users and non-users of the Physics and Cognitive
Science, respectively) are below. Comments would be appreciated on the
comprehensibility and comprehensiveness of the questions.
