American Scientist E-Print Discussion Forum: Hypermail Mirror Archive

There is now a Hypermail Mirror Archive for the American Scientist
E-Print Discussion Forum, where the freeing of access to the refereed
research journal literature online has been under discussion since
September 1998. This will allow all contributions -- past, present and
