<bold>Postdoctoral Position in Tomato Genetics and Breeding, The
Pennsylvania State University</bold>
Molecular mapping and marker-assisted selection of biotic and
abiotic stress resistance/tolerance in tomato
Multidisciplinary research project seeking to use conventional
techniques of plant genetics and breeding and contemporary techniques
of molecular mapping to identify genes (QTLs) controlling
resistance/tolerance to biotic and abiotic stresses in the wild species
of tomato and incorporate useful genetic components into modern
cultivars of tomato. Seeking a postdoctoral researcher with extensive
experience with molecular mapping and QTL analysis. Salary will be
