As a preliminary step in the design of primers for SNP generation, we have
assembled a set of non-redundant EST contigs. We have used the new EST
sequences coming out of the Gene Discovery Project. Our contig data
incorporates sequences from all ZmDB releases thru 051999. We will be
updating the contigs as new sequences are released. The lists of
multi-member contigs, and the EST sequences they contain, can be found at:
