Source of maize DNA for control in SNP studies

I am looking for a source of maize DNA that could be used as a control in
our single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) studies.  The source I am looking
for would have properties similar to the control the Human SNP people use,
called a homozygous Complete Hydatidiform Mole (CHM).  A CHM is a tumor
which results when a haploid sperm fertilizes an empty ovum.  At some
frequency, the sperm nucleus duplicates its chromosomes and gives rise to a
diploid tumor.  The CHM is used as a homozygous DNA reference in SNP marker
development to identify false positive SNPs which are the result of
amplification of duplicate regions of the genome as in the case of mutigene
families or low-frequency repeats.

Does anyone know of a line, or tissue source, from which I can get DNA that
is, theoretically, genetically identical at each locus?
