I am doing some research on the possibilities to build a corn refining
plant in Europe. This plant should refine Argentine flint corn.
In order to define the market for flint corn based products, it is
essential to know the differences between flint corn and dent corn.
Perhaps some of you corn experts could give me an answer to the
following questions:
What is the difference between the two in terms of
- amount of starch/proteins/oil content
- kind of starch
- products that they are used/fit for
I would be very gratefull if someone could help me.
