If you are bringing a poster to the maize conference next week, some of
these details may be helpful as you prepare and plan. I've had enough
questions from individuals that I thought this bulk message would be
useful.:
Poster sizes are 4ft x 4ft. Also, although we will supply a modest supply
of pushpins, please try to bring some of your own. Posters can be put up
anytime Thurs evening or Friday morning, and must be taken down by noon
Sunday. There will be 2 poster sessions, Fri afternoon and Sat afternoon.
Every poster will be assigned a number, which you'll learn once you arrive.
Odd numbers will be presented half of each of the Fri and Sat. session, and
even numbers presented the other halves of each day.
