All preregistration material and abstract submissions must be submitted
electronically using the preregistration and abstract submission forms found
at the website. If you are unable to submit your form electronically please
contact the conference organiser.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
Abstract submission is done electronically using the web-based form
provided.
You are invited to submit an abstract for consideration for presentation as
either a poster or a contributed seminar.
In keeping with the original spirit of IUFRO Working Group Meetings, most of
the seminars presented at this meeting will be contributed talks (as opposed
to invited speakers). That is, most seminar speakers will be selected on the
basis of the abstract that they submit. Abstracts that are not selected for
seminars will automatically be considered for posters. Please indicate
whether you want your abstract to be considered for a contributed seminar or
for a poster only. All accepted abstracts will be posted publicly on the
website.
The deadline for abstract submission is: May 18, 1999
REGISTRATION:
All preregistration material must be submitted electronically using the
preregistration form.
The registration process is as follows:
1) Complete the preregistration form and print it.
2) Submit the web-based form electronically - this is pre-registration.
3) Mail the hard copy of the completed registration form, together with a
cheque or money order (in English pounds) for the total amount needed for
your registration, accomodation and meals to the Conference Organiser.
4) You will receive confirmation of receipt of your pre-registration and
registration by e-mail.
There are three deadlines for registration: April 11, May 11, June 11.
Note: As each registration date passes, the registration fee increases.
