I'm a little desperate. I am looking for a genomic library of
Nicotiana plumbaginifolia. I thought maybe some of you maize guys
might have one in a freezer somewhere that you'd be willing to share!
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, our library
from Stratagene has undergone several freeze thaws over the past 6
months or so. I've pulled out 3 clones out of ~300,000 primary
plaques and they are all truncated at the same EcoRI site.
