MaizeDB SSR table links to TIGR

The integrated SSR listings in MaizeDB now include links to the TIGR
Maize 'Gene Index' which is computed from all EST records in GenBank.
While most of these records are from the Stanford Maize Project, a
number have been provided from other research groups.
