To all investigators involved in microarray technologies:
Please note that the 1999/2000 ABRF MICROARRAY RESEARCH GROUP STUDY is open for
submissions. The goal of this study is to build a picture of how microarray
technology is currently being used, including information on types of
instrumentation, protocols, staffing, funding, and throughput. Laboratories
using Affymetrix and cDNA related technologies can participate in this study by
filling out a web based survey form at
http://brcweb.bio.cornell.edu/surveys/microsurvey.html.
Any academic, pharmaceutical, or commercial laboratory that uses microarray
technologies is invited to submit data. Both facility and individual
laboratories that use these technologies can participate in the survey.
Microarray instrument and related manufacturers can also participate.
An analysis of data submitted to this survey will be presented at the ABRF2000
meeting in February 2000 (http://www.faseb.org/meetings/abrf2000) and will then
be posted on the web.
Please fill out the survey by Friday, January 21st, 2000
if you want your data included in this analysis of results.
