MaizeDB now includes, courtesy of Pioneer Hybrid, some 47 new SSR
primers pairs with map information. The approximation to bin location
is based on estimating from the order provided by Pioneer (see MaizeDB
for those values).
In addition, another 146 primer pairs have been mapped by the the
Missouri Maize Project and an additional 67 approximately placed umc
primer pairs are now more precisely placed. All data are in the
MaizeDB.
