SSR release

SSR release notes:

The Missouri Maize Project has released 47 new SSR markers,
and updated bin locations
of 55 others less precisely mapped in earlier releases.
They have been incorporated
into the MaizeDB and are accessible from the SSR page:
      http://www.agron.missouri/ssr.html

Two tables below have just the new OR the updated data.
GenBank entries are being prepared for the
new SSR markers where no accession is listed below.
Where screening images are absent these
are being prepared for linking to the SSR page.
