Molecular Biologist/Biochemist. The candidate will conduct research
in plant metabolic engineering to improve yield and nutrition in
cereal crops and to integrate gene expression with trait development.
The candidate must have The candidate must have M. S. or Ph.D. in
Biochemistry or Molecular Biology. The candidate must have working
knowledge in a wide range of molecular and biochemical techniques
(i.e. cDNA library construction, gene cloning, DNA and RNA isolation
and characterization, enzyme mutagenesis and characterization.
Knowledge of DNA microarray and bioinformatics is desirable.
