Inbred L30

[Doug Terrell]

Does anybody know the background and breeder of inbred L30. I have seen
this mentioned as a hybrid parent and a breeding line and cannot find
any information on the line. Also, Mo17HI, obviously a version of
Missouri 17, but what is the HI ?
