Dear All,
We have recently finished a SNPs survey in the following inbred
lines; T232, CM37, T303, C0159, B14, B73, F2, MO17, OH43, C0125 and F7.
Pedigree studies have provided us with information as to the relatedness of
lines such as T232, T303, B14, B73, MO17 and OH43 but I can find no such
studies which examine the pedigrees or relatedness of CM37, CO125, CO159, F2
and F7. Does anybody know of such a study?
Help or advice would be appreciated.
