Good morning,
I planned to build a cDNA library from 5 day's old maize tissue and
tought to use
FastTrack 2.0 kit from Invitrogen
for mRNA isolation directly from the tissue
and
SMART cDNA library construction kit from Clontech
to built the library
What do you think of these 2 kits for maize? have you got any other
good kit references for maize? Is it difficult to obtain mRNA from
maize? Do you know the best method to do it?
