Maize community:
I am forwarding this announcement of "The Amazing Story of Maize"
exhibit at the Mitchell, South Dakota Archeodome. If you happen to
be passing through South Dakota (on the way to the Black Hills?),
this would be an interesting thing to stop and see. The Archeodome
is a permanent geodesic dome built over an archeological dig of an
Indian village. Plus they have the new exhibit on Maize, and June
21-22 is Archeology Adventure week. Mitchell is also the home of the
"Corn Palace", so this is a fun stop for Maize people.
