would anyone have the parameters for the Mn2+ ion to be used with the
Biosym Insight/Discover software? parameter setup for either the cvff or
the amber forcefield will do, but the cvff forcefield would be great. the
protein i am working on and would like to minimize has 2 ions, a Ca2+ and
an Mn2+ ion.
