A complete structure of the transmembrane tyrosine kinase was not located
after searching the major databases. The a.a. sequence, domain locations
in the cell and domain similarities were found at
http://www3.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov:80/htbin-post/Entrez/query?uid=125333&form=6
&db=p&Dopt=g
An article was located "cDNA cloning and characteristics of eck, an
epithelial cell receptor protein-tyrosine kinase in the eph/elk family of
protein kinases" Mol. Cell. Biol. 10(12), 6316-6324 (1990)
Molecules with domains similar to tyrosine kinase receptor are located at
http://protein.toulouse.inra.fr/cgi-bin/ReqProdomll.pl?prodom_release=33&
simp=No&sort=Yes&nom_seqz=KECK_HUMAN
9 proteins with domains in common are listed with links to there
locations, for instance KEPH Human has a fragment on file at PDB (1fna).
If more assistance is required contact me via email.
