Could someone tell how I can calculate the pKa of the Ecarbon for the
histidine residues from a pdb file? I have looked at the INSIGHT II
programs and I would have thought that DelPhi should be able to do this,
but it seems that it only calculates the change in pK due to a mutation
and not the absolute value for a residue. Thanks, Justin.
