a full set or nonredundency set of DNA binding protein

Hi:
	Does anybody know of somewhere in web which stores a full set of
structures for DNA(RNA)-protein complex, or a non-redundant set of it? I 
want to analyse the structural properties of interactions between 
nucleotides and protein.
