Yu need to transformate trh coordinates this way:
Y=A*X+B
where
X vector with the three coordinates of model
Y vector with the three new coordinates
A 3x3 rotation matrix
B vector of translation
You van make a program or programs like X-plor or packages like
CCP4 can do it for you.
