THREADER 2.1 ANNOUNCEMENT

A minor update to THREADER 2 has just been released. This new
version (2.1a) incorporates an improved calculation of residue
solvation scores, and also includes some fixes in the code and
fold lists which work properly with Rob Miller's new Threading Analyst
release. Please note that the large data files (potentials and
CATH fold library) have NOT changed since version 2.0, and do
not need to be downloaded again if you already have THREADER 2.
A new beta-test release of the Threading Analyst (version 2) which works
with THREADER 2 output files, is available now from the following URL:
ftp://ftp.biochem.ucl.ac.uk/pub/px
See the file READ.ME.tan2f for more details on the new Threading
Analyst.
