Can any one give me some advice on DNA hybridization simulation on the solid
surface of DNA chip?
That means, the single strand probe of about 20 mer is immobilized on the
silica or glass slide and the target is
fluoresence labelled DNA.Can I do some work on the hybridization simulation
on the relationship of the matched and mismatched target and the
fluorescence intensity?
