I could not find exactly what you want, but I did find Ghosh, A.K. 1980.
Zoological Survey of India, vol. 1, Homoptera: Aphidoidea, OCLC #8227613. I
could not find a listing for a part 2. This is apparently available from
something called "CRL" (in Chicago). If you need more information, contact me
