TO MY FELLOW PARASITOLOGISTS:
This communication is actually a test to determine whether I've
correctly changed my posting default to "world" instead of UN-L. You
experts may be snickering, but our computer resource center couldn't
tell me how to do it, and my resident expert, our planetarium director
(now that Clopton's left), couldn't either (for sure--he'd done it
once in the distant past and forgotten). So if someone outside of
Lincoln, NE gets this message, would you please send me an e-mail back
and let me know?? THANKS.
I've been watching the parasitology bulletin board. If you've posted
something there, then please don't take affront at my comments, BUT,
the items on that bulletin board are rather bland and utilitarian,
say, in comparison to the really meaningful conversations I hear at
ASP meetings. Furthermore, it's always seemed to me that the
parasitologists have more to say about the world than many of the
other scholarly types I listen to every day. Can't we liven this up
a little bit?? Go for it.
