Has anyone ever tried to (or know of anyone else who has tried to)
establish schisto cell lines?
(Background - trying to find an easier way of producing large
numbers of chromosome spreads for physical mapping by F.I.S.H. for the
schisto genome project than by dissecting sporocysts out of snails!)
