Dear netters,
I am presently involved in a project dealing with the phylogeny of the Cestoda
using DNA sequencing. I'd like to obtain samples from most recognized taxa and
already have quite a few (thanks to those who helped!), however it appears that
it will be very difficult to obtain material from a few groups.
If someone among the readers of this conference could help me to get even a
single representative from the following taxa, that would be a great help.
At this time the most inaccessible groups for me are:
Amphilinidea
Haplobothriidea
Lecanicephalidea
Nippotaeniidea
Nematotaeniidae
Metadilepididae
Progynotaeniidae
Acoleidae
Dioecocestidae
Amabiliidae
Should someone have an easy access to such rarities and be willing to help,
please contact me by email. (Please note that formaldehyde fixed material is
not suitable!).
