Giardia Lamblia Excystment

Is there anyone that is working with Giardia lamblia or involved with G.
lamblia cyst excystment? Can someone suggest any new methodologies on 
excystmet. We have tried all documented methods but these are not successful 
in our hands. We only seem to achieve 2-4% excystment. Suggestions are very 
welcome.
