Natural flea management/control - Keep pet from being exposed to adult
fleas. Wash with detergent, it is a little hard on the dogs coat due to
the removing of oil, but just a simple bath with lots of suds will kill
90% of fleas. ( does it by disrupting their exoskeleton) Natural
Pyrethrum sprays, dusts etc. Rotenone was mentioned, be careful around
water as it is very toxic to fish ( infact is an old route to clear out
all fish in a pond) Nematodes ( available from Biosis and Farnam) work
well to attack the flea larvae. IGR (Insect growth regulators) are
chemicals that act only on the insect, but if your a real purest, still
chemical.
