Dear Michael
Sometimes it's faster and easier to find all needed informations by a
conventionnal way. All you wish to know about hydatidosis is probably in
the book entitled "Echinococccus and hydatid disease" by RCA Thompson and
AJ Lymbery (Australian scientists !!!),  CAB international eds.
