The following chapter has a relatively up-to-date map of the spread
of chloroquine resistance. For the other drugs you'll probably have
to draw maps based on WHO reports, although you should keep in mind
that maps simply showing where resistance has been reported do not
accurately reflect the public health importance of resistance in
various areas. E.g. chloroquine resistance is present throughout
subSaharan Africa, but while RIII resistance is common in some areas,
other areas have only rare or RI resistance.

If anyone does have a current reference for maps showing distribution
of resistance to other drugs, please post to the group. Thanks.
