Dr. Anwar Sunna described a case of chronic giardiasis. While I cannot
comment on the effectiveness of the treatments given, I would question
whether the patient is re-aquiring the infection. I would check the
water, food and environmental factors in the patient's living area. It
seems likely that the patient may be constantly exposed.
