The U.S. Army is surveying potential organizations that have the
capabilities to conduct international Phase II and Phase III Clinical
Trials on vaccines and/or drugs for infectious diseases such as malaria,
schistosomiasis, leishmaniasis, ETEC, Shigella, and Campylobacter. This
announcement is not a Request For Proposal. The Government will not award
a contract based on information received as a result of this announcement.
