JOB ADVERTISEMENT: Parasitologist/Molecular Parasitologist
The Department of Veterinary Pathobiology, College of Veterinary
Medicine, Texas A&M University is soliciting applications for a
tenure-track faculty position. The appointment includes a 70%
research effort and 30% teaching in graduate, professional or
undergraduate parasitology courses using a team approach. The
appointee will be expected to establish and maintain an
extramurally-funded program supporting post-graduate training and
emphasizing the application of current technology to study parasitic
diseases of medical or veterinary importance. The candidate must
have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Post-doctoral experience is
desirable.
