Hello everybody:
I am a master student. I have just started my project about the
molecular characterization of Meloidogyne. In fact, to start my research I
must have pure cultures of these races of meloidogyne:
M.incognita race 1,2,3, and 4
M.arenaria race 1, and 2
M.javanica
unfortunately, I haven't all of these races as a pure cultures. So
I am trying to purify it by using the differential host:
(Cotton, Deltapine 61; Tobacco, NC 95; Pepper, California Wonder;
Watermelon, Charlston Gray; Peanut, Florunner), but also I have not all
cultivars
(cotton, watermelon, and Peanut)I will be very appriciated, if anyone could
help me to get these differential hosts, or as a rapid solution sending me
any of these pure races. Thanks for your great cooperation.
