I am looking for information on the treatment of cryptosporidiosis. I have
discovered that treatment is unneccessary in immunocompetent persons, but
spiramycin may be administered in cases where the patient is not
immunocompetent. I am unsure of the effectiveness of this treatment, as well
the oral administration of hyperimmune bovine colostrum. Any clarification
of this subject would be greatly appreciated.
