How to indduce diarrhea in treatment of Tapeworm infectiopns

You can give these patients 15g to 25g of magnesium sulphate diluted  in 
a glass of water (for patients from 40kgs up to 85kgs. Moreover, 60g of 
Quinacrine is close to the toxic dose, no ?
