LYMPHATIC FILARIASIS CONFERENCE 15-17 June
(as part of 5th Australasian College of Tropical Medicine
Annual Scientific Meeting)
WHO/ACTM Workshop will be attended by WHO Regional Director for Southeast
Asia (Dr Uton Mochtar Rafei), WHO Regional Director for Western Pacific
(Dr Han), WHO Representative to Indonesia (Dr Robert Kim-Farley), WHO
Representative (Dr Victor Orlov), representatives of Departments and
Ministries of Health from the Asia-Pacific region and scientists working
on lymphatic filariasis.
The Workshop will focus on control of lymphatic filariasis in the
Asia-Pacific region. The Lymphatic Filariasis Conference will cover all
aspects of lymphatic filariasis.
