Dear netters:
I am doing an experiement on meloidogyne juveniles to know the toxic
effect of crystal protein "from Bacillus thuringiensis". I need information
about something which will help me in my bioassay. How could I differentiate
between dead juveniles and others which still alive? that sure may be
appeare from its moving, but I want to have a more reliable method by
staining or something like that. I will appreciate any advices. thanks for
your cooperation.
