I'd put a vote to Modern Parasitology. A textbook of parasitology. 2nd
Edition, Edited by FEG Cox. Blackwell Scientific Publications.
It has chapters about Parasitic Protozoa, Parasitic Helminths, Vectors,
Epidemiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Molecular Genetics,
Physiology and Nutrition, Immunology, Chemotherapy and Control.
