Does L. Keller have a middle initial?

An L. Keller has been publishing like mad on fire ants for the past few years but
is currently in Switzerland (Bern Univ., Zool. Inst., Ethol. Station Hasil,
Wohlenstrasse 50a, 3032 Hinterkappelen, Switzerland) and there are a fair number
of other Keller L's out there, too.

Then God the remote will descend will now transform reality
