thank you to those who responded to my query about white spot disease. I
am now after information about coccidia, especially in relation to birds.
I am aware of some RAPD studies to discriminate different strains &/or
species, but I would like to find out if there are PCR primers for
specific genomic regions which could be used to descriminate Coccidia
strains or species. (I have the paper by Relman et al. 1996 which has
used rDNA to study Cyclospora).
